I know this is a little strange, but here it is.
I recently purchased a Victor Reader Stream 3 and can't remember how to go about having it recognized by NLS BARD as my download device.
So any help will be greatly appreciated.

Press the 7 key when in the online BARD bookshelf, and you should be presented with the option to log into your BARD account. Once that's done, you should be able to download books. Happy reading!
