Hi, where can I find the SERO Skill please. i have the Echo Dot 3rd Edition. I used the previous suggestions. All to no avail. Alexa didn’t know what I was talking about. I would welcome any and all suggestions.

OK Truelytechy, I think I've got a way to make this work for you, and it seems to be the only way. You'll need your Alexa app, a computer, and your Alexa.
1. Sign in to your Amazon account on your computer or phone -- whatever you browse the web with.
2. Once that's done, visit this link in whatever browser you are using in another window.

3. Browse this page until you see the enable button.
4. Once this is done, link your Serotech account to the skill in the app.
5. Then, tell your Alexa to start Sero.
I know it's a lot, but it seemed to be the only way I could find that this might work.
