Hi Chester,

Our Described movies and video content section is very much alive and well. Earlier today I accessed the movie that you emailed us about, which played just fine.

You may want to initiate a system repair by going to "My Account" and choosing the "Manage Machines" option. Once there, press the Tab key until you find the button labeled "Repair" and press the Enter key.

Our Described content is still active and new content is coming into the system all the time.
Please provide more details about what is happening when you try to go to the Described content section of Sero. For example, how far do you get, and what happens when things fail?
