I've discussed this with you via Support, but I'' reiterate here that the content team doesn't always reply to messages they receive about content.

Regarding the Casualty series, if the seasons aren't available in Sero there's a good chance that they aren't available with video descriptions. You might want to see if you can get the DVDs for this series at your public library. If you can get them, check out some episodes from one of the missing seasons and see if they have video description.

I can assure you that the content team is aware of your request and will make the missing seasons available if they exist, and we are able to gain access to them. There's no need to contact them again about this.
