Tony Sohl: sERO us not responding
Hi I am having issues with sero and this started today July 26 2025. I tried to load a movie and the movie came up and then when I left the movie I ot a message that says Sero is not responding wait for the protram to close or close the program immediately It keeps doing this on the movie section and that is the only issueI am having with the movies.I was trying to watch the movie Alien.

Hi Tony,
Are you still having a problem with this movie? I tested the Alien movie and didn't have any problems. I've included a link to the copy of the movie that I tested, if restarting Sero, rebooting your computer and repairing Sero through the Manage Machines option in "My Account" don't clear this up, contact me at support@pneumasolutions.com:
