Hello everyone. What do you all think about SystemAccess getting slow? We all should get new update or no?

Yes, I agree with Jeff. When I use XFinity to connect my computer to the internet, Sero is always getting slow and I have to go out and come back in a few times for it to work normal. When I click on the new messages link for my email, it will say "You have 15 new messages." then the loading sound will just keep beeping. I have to go out and come back in a few times to get my email messages. I thought it was my connection using XFinity, but now I have AT&T WiFi for my computer and I still have the same issue. I believe that if this problem keep occuring like this then it's not the connection issue to the internet with our computers. I believe Pneuma Solutions staff should update this bug because I've tried other different networks and I still have the same issue. I've tried it with XFinity, AT&T, and my Mobile hotspot connection from Verizon and I still have to do the same thing to retrieve my email messages. Please take a look into this and resolve it because it has been occuring for about a year now.
