Mat W: Unable to use Sero on my Windows 10 machine

I have a strange issue with sero and Windows 10.
I’m using NVDA.
whenever I try to login, it tells me please wait, place the loading sound forever, and does nothing. System access talks, but the window of the app does not open. What can I do?
I freshly reinstalled Windows 10, there should be no issues.

It solved itself, a windows update that I applied fixed it.

That is the server itself that is having the slow connection issue. When that happen, you can test other websites and your computer and your internet is Ok. It's just Sero itself that have that loading issue. You have to log out of Sero and come back a few times for it to work properly.
