Cheryl B: Growing frustrated with the lack of audio describing that has been posted lately

I have posted several times regarding the issue of the audio described programming, not being regularly updated on the app like it has for so long. What is going on? I have been a subscriber for years and have never had to report this issue until the last few months. I don't know if you are updating the app or trying to make changes, but it was working great the way it was. I know that many described shows are available on Netflix, but that app is very inaccessible. Yours is great. Thank you. Hope to see some updates soon.

I second this. It’d be good if regular updates could be provided and any issues communicated so we’re all kept in the loop.
