Philip H: braille display not recognized

I had to reinstalled System access. My Focus braille worked fine before the reinstallation of System access. After the installacion, the braille display isn't being found. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

You have two choices here. Download the latest firmware for your Focus device if it is a fifth generation and switch it to HID mode or download and install the USB driver for the Focus if you choose not to install latest firmware or if your Focus device is an earlier generation than the fifth.
