Chris Stefanovski: Can't login to sero on my desktop

If I run sero on my desktop, it just hangs. I can login here on my google chrome, but not through the desktop app. I have only 1 machine registered and I've tried reinstalling and repairing. I even deleted registry entries associated with sero and nothing fixed the problems. What do I do?
I did email serotek tech support and hope to get an answer soon.
My windows 11 ist fresh, it's a brand new laptop with no bloatware

Chris: You will need to remove the product from your system, but also remove the following folders.
From C:\Users\User Account\AppData\Local:
DocuScan Plus
SeroDesktop
System Access
From C:\Users\User Account\AppData\Roaming:
Serotek Corporation
From C:\Program Files (x86):
System Access
Once you install the software again, it should work normally.

I did everything as you said, reinstalled and it didn't work.
I even added the whole system access folder to the exclusion list of windows security, thinking that it might be the issue, but it's not. What can I do?
Btw, when I log in it tells me that I do not have a system access license, which is completely fine, as I don't need system access. I go to ok button, then I lose my speech. When I rerun nvda, nothing of serotek seems to be active and if I again go to sero on my desktop it hangs with the loading sound constantly. I need to kill sero process from task manager. Gosh, can't it just be account based and that there are no limits on machines, I'm fed up of this software. I'm not paying for it so that it hangs on me.

And please, don't suggest reinstalling windows. I did a clean install of windows exactly because as my laptop arrived and I tried sero, it hung. I thought, let me reinstall windows, no bloatware, let me try again to run sero. Nothing works. For what am I paying?

Chris: The only way I could further trouble-shoot this with you is to do a remote session using Remote Incident manager. It may be obtained via this direct link.

reply privately with your phone number if you wish to pursue this.

Hey richard, I can't write to you privately, it asks me to upgrade to another sero subscription and I've already paid for windows only version today.
My email address is: chrisstefanovski5@gmail.com
Write to me there, then I give you my phone number. I downloaded RIM

I've solved the issue. My sero works!

Either one of 3 things solved the issues, not sure which one.
First, I've set my pc language to english US, for some reason it was set to english germany.
Second, I made it so that it automatically sets timezone, which I thought it was on by default, but it wasn't.
Third, in the elevated command prompt, I ran the following command:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Kris: I'm glad you got it working. If it does turn out to be either the language or time zone setting, it still may be worth investigating the send logs we sent yesterday.

Kris: Could you tell me what you did for future reference?

Chris Stefanovski: Re: Can't login to sero on my desktop

First, I changed my language to english US.
Second, in settings/time language, I set my timezone to automatic.
Third, I went to the elevated command prompt and typed sfc/scannow. Waited until it scanned for the errors. It reported no errors.
Fourth, because sero was still not running, I ran the command to repair my windows image:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Then, I quit nvda, ran sero to see does it work, it did work. Then I ran sero with nvda and now it works.

Kris: It is interesting that a new installation of Windows would even need a dism repair. It does sound like this is what fixed it, since you ran tests in between each fix.
