Robert: It will depend on if you purchased System Access or not. You should be able to check out your past receipts to determine that. If not, I am sure customer service can access that information for you.

If you bought System Access outright, you can keep it when you cancel Sero. If you subscribe to it as part of Accessibility Anywhere, which includes SA, DocuScan and Sero, you will have to purchase it.
As Richard said, you can contact customer service to find out. Or you can go into your account settings, purchase Serotek products and services, and step through the options. You will be offered the option to buy if you haven't yet.
