I had been sending emails to a relative on a regular basis, but recently received the message that the mailbox is full. So I've stopped. But now I am receiving some sort of return to sender message on a daily basis.

Scott: This one sounds like something Pneuma Solutions cannot control. If you are receiving unprompted Email from this address, Pneuma Solutions Email servers are just routing the messages to you from the sending address. Until the Email quota log-jam is resolved on the user's end, you are stuck with the problem unless you choose to change your Sero Email address.
