To clarify, you can use either your username (which is the first part of your Sero email address) or your account numnber, along with your password, to log into Sero and our other applications.

Account numbers are based on phone numbers, but if you change your phone number at some point after you set up your account with us, your account number will no longer match your current phone number. The account number is only used (optionally) during logins and to identify your unique account in our system.

Should you wish to update your account number so it matches your current phone number, this can be done by sending an email to support@pneumasolutions.com Please provide the following items in your message:

1. Your first and last names
2. Sero username
3. The phone number you would like to change your account number to.

Also, let us know if you need the contact phone number in your account updated to the same phone number. Of course, you can take care of this yourself in My Account in Sero.
