anyone having a problem with shortcut AltF and AltH cannot activate menu bar choices

If you are referring to the Sero Desktop, ALT+H brings up the help system. ALT+F does nothing here. MODIFIER+F will bring up the menu where you can choose several options. (MODIFIER+F with be CAPS-LOCK or INSERT keys.)

This has to do with the Microsoft Office applications ribbon. The issue is not specific to any screen reader. As far as I can tell, using Alt plus a letter no longer works to access a specific tab on the ribbon. The method is now tap the Alt key, then press the letter of the tab you want to open. In Wiseowl's case, the sequences would be:

Tap Alt, then tap F
and
Tap Alt, then tap H

I have no idea why they decided to make this change.
