Habakkuk 3:19 (NKJV) 19 The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills.
Acknowledging we are in a difficult time, but having such a promise to hold onto no matter how difficult it seems, will help us to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
There is so much hope in our God!
Focusing on the right things will help us bigly to get through the season of growth and challenges! We will come through it victoriously.
Did you ever have a season that made you think you were going to die? A season that was painfully overwhelming and scary?
We have! And I remember clearly how it hurt to wake up and face it each day. But, we took away a very good lesson; don't focus on the circumstances. Focus on God!
When seasons change and we are not sure what comes next, we must keep going, keep walking, keep thanking God, keep lifting up our hands, and give Him praise.
Psalm 121:7-8 (NKJV) 7 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. 8 The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore.
The day will come and we will look back and see that we went from the valley to the Hill. And even though we were exhausted when we reached the top, it was so worth it to say, "look what God did!"
God can and will set us up to walk on high hills.
Amen.
